Hogan Mfg., Inc. (originally California Blowpipe and Steel Company) was founded in 1944 by Walter F. Hogan, Sr. and four partners as a sheet metal shop. The original name was changed to the present, Hogan Mfg., Inc., in the early 1970′s with management remaining in the Hogan family since inception.
The company has grown from its first 5 employees and $150 thousand annual sales to the level of approximately 300 employees and sales in excess of $50 million.

The Manual M-300 with the chutes pointing away from the sand-pile, one person slips the empty bags on to the chutes, another person shovels or loads sand into the Sand Bagger, when bags are full, they automatically drop to the ground and are taken away while the process is repeated.
