Our Production & Assembly Facility handles an extremely diverse array of manufacturing projects. The projects are characterized as labor-intensive, fast turnaround jobs and those particularly suited to assembly line fabrication.

The well-equiped machine shop, maintained in our plant, supports all our divisions. The Production & Assembly Facility is geared to be your manufacturing department, thus eliminating the burden of an under-utilized facility and staff. When our customers allow HMI to be their manufacturing department, it allows them to place their emphasis on engineering and marketing while a quality product is produced on schedule.

Steel Fabrication Facility

We utilize the most advanced technology and latest equipment in our Steel Fabrication Facility. Experienced technicians with the aid of computers, guide much of the operations controlling our material, nesting, buring, shaping and welding. This technology allows us to fabricate large, complex jobs more quickly and with fewer errors than traditional aerospace.

Hogan has the flexibility and experience to handle all types of carbon and alloy steels, stainless, aluminum and CR12. Our facility and employees are certified under various codes including the American Welding Society (AWS) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
