Vanessa Caton is Hogan’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s financial and accounting functions with a focus on strategic planning, compliance, reporting, and performance management. She also oversees budgeting and forecasting to ensure strong financial performance and alignment with Hogan’s long-term goals.
In addition to her financial leadership, Vanessa heads the Human Capital department, where she is dedicated to strengthening team capabilities to support the company’s continued growth.
Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sonoma State University, where she built a strong foundation in financial principles and business strategy.
With more than 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting, Vanessa is skilled in fiscal management, core accounting operations, process improvement, and strategic leadership. She works closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across all divisions. Her commitment to integrity, transparency, and results continues to reinforce Hogan Manufacturing’s foundation for future success.
