Tyler Lucas serves as Chief Technology Officer, bringing a lifelong passion for technology and a practical, people-first approach to innovation. His interest in technology began at a young age and evolved into a career dedicated to leveraging digital solutions to strengthen operations within heavy manufacturing environments.
With a strong background in software development, network architecture, IT leadership, and technical support, Tyler leads technological initiatives that drive digital transformation across the organization. He believes technology should enhance, not replace, people, empowering teams to work more efficiently, safely, and creatively.
Under his leadership, advanced tools and systems are integrated into daily operations to reduce downtime, optimize production, and improve collaboration across departments. Tyler’s focus remains on creating scalable, reliable technology that supports both business goals and the people behind the work. In his role, he also serves as the leader of the Engineering and EH&S departments, providing strategic oversight and direction.
Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in IT Management and has grown with the organization through progressive leadership roles, reflecting his hands-on experience and deep institutional knowledge.
