Zach Hogan

As Chief Operations Officer of Hogan Mfg., Inc., Zach Hogan oversees the company’s strategic manufacturing footprint, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. In his role, Zach leads multiple teams across the company, ensuring strong collaboration between business units and championing innovation in manufacturing processes.
With more than twenty years of experience, he began his career on the assembly line, gaining hands-on insight into production before advancing into roles in quality control and field service. He later managed both the Products and Contracts business units before stepping into his current leadership position, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the business, client relations, and operational excellence.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from CSU Stanislaus. He leverages his academic background to implement best practices and foster continuous improvement throughout the organization. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to innovation, excellence, and honoring the company’s heritage. He believes in hands-on management and empowering his teams to take ownership of their work, helping Hogan maintain a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking.
