Rich Ricker serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Sales and brings more than 35 years of experience with the organization. Throughout his career, Richard has developed a strong reputation for building trusted client relationships and delivering solutions that align with each customer’s unique needs. His customer-focused approach, combined with a deep understanding of ADA standards and accessibility requirements, has helped organizations nationwide improve access while maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
In his role, Rich oversees both production and aftermarket sales, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and consistent support for partners long after installation. He remains very hands-on with the aftermarket group and production operations, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Rich also serves as acting Director of Products for our LIFT-U®/BYK-RAK® business. Rich’s long-standing industry knowledge, commitment to customer service, and leadership across multiple operational areas make him a key contributor to the company’s ongoing success.
