Brad Trimble
Director of the Transit Business
Brad Trimble serves as the Director of the Transit Business at Hogan Manufacturing, where he oversees transit components operations and execution, with a clear focus on operational discipline, customer satisfaction, and getting back to basics – safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Since joining Hogan in 2000, Brad has held multiple positions including Helper, Punch Press Operator, Purchasing, Project Manager, and Division Manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the company’s processes, people, and values.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Chico State and became a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) in 2018. Guided by his personal philosophy to “do the right thing, especially when it’s hard,” Brad’s leadership is defined by integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence that supports Hogan’s strong company culture.
