Lisa Luis serves as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Hogan Manufacturing, where she leads the development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety programs. In this role, Lisa is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting workplace safety, and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from California State University Stanislaus and is certified as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician and Certified Safety Professional.
With over 17 years of EH&S experience, Lisa’s expertise includes risk assessment, policy creation, and employee training initiatives designed to minimize hazards and enhance operational efficiency. Her leadership ensures that Hogan Manufacturing maintains the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility. Lisa champions proactive risk management and innovation, striving to create a workplace where every individual feels safe, valued, and engaged.
