Thinh Pho serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hogan Manufacturing, bringing more than 30 years of global manufacturing leadership experience. He has a strong track record in operational excellence, business development, and driving organizational growth across diverse industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Hogan, Thinh held senior leadership roles at leading organizations including Raytheon Technologies Corp. (formerly United Technologies Corp.), Eaton, Form Technologies, and most recently served as President of Williams Comfort Products. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for accelerating growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.
Thinh is known for his people-first leadership approach and commitment to innovation; qualities that align closely with Hogan Manufacturing’s longstanding values.
