Hogan Mfg, Inc. has recently acquired a major upgrade to our fabrication facilities with the TRUMPF TruLaser 1060 Fiber and LiftMaster Linear 2560 automated solution, a significant advancement to our current system. The TruLaser 1060 offers 4,000W more than its predecessor in maximum laser power, providing up to 10,000W all while cutting sheets up to 6m x 2.5m x 25mm.

From a performance spectrum, the 1060 fiber offers a 53% decrease in energy consumption and an average 200% decrease in cutting times when compared to its CO2 based precursor.

The LiftMaster automated solution uses TRUMPF sheet peeling and double sheet detection technology to improve out-of-laser cycle times and reduce operator reliance. It also provides improved protective housing and beam guards to enhance operator safety.

The layout of the automation system allows for laser cutting, pallet loading, and scrap removal to occur simultaneously, keeping laser downtime to a minimum.
